This Privacy Policy explains how Saga Infographics (“Saga Infographics”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit saga.com.np or contact us through this website (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
This policy covers the Saga Infographics marketing website only. Our separate products — SMM Panel and FMS — are governed by their own privacy policies.

- Inquiry details — when you use the “Book a Meeting” / inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your indicated budget range, a preferred time slot, and any project notes you add.
- Correspondence — the content of emails or messages you send to info@saga.com.np or through other channels.

- Log and device data — IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps, recorded by our hosting provider for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

Information from third-party assets

We rely on a small number of providers to run the Site:
- Hosting and infrastructure — to serve the Site and store logs.
- Google Forms — to receive and store inquiry submissions, as described above.
- Google Fonts and Unsplash — to serve fonts and images.
- Transactional email — to reply to you and send follow-ups.

5. Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records and for legal or security reasons. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.

We serve the Site over TLS and restrict access to the systems that hold inquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Access, correction, and deletion — request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@saga.com.np.
- Marketing — you can ask us to stop sending non-essential follow-ups at any time.
